ENDVR Active Community believes Guided Workouts are the future of fitness. Community driven, guided group workouts where individual needs and goals are acknowledged at an affordable cost. You don’t have to be a fitness expert to train like a fitness expert. From novice to advanced our Guided Workouts will change the way you think about fitness training.
If you’ve ever walked into a gym and instantly felt overwhelmed, our Guided Workouts were created for you. They’re intentionally designed to feel welcoming and accessible, especially for people who are new to fitness or haven’t exercised in a long time. Every workout is broken down into simple, achievable steps. Your trainer is by your side the entire time, making sure you understand what to do and how to do it safely. Progress here happens gradually, consistently, and with plenty of encouragement.
Programs will change throughout the year to keep your workouts fresh and effective. We will work with you to help you learn how to use each class to fit your specific needs.
Our current programs are:
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
